I haven't received my membership information?

While rare this can occur in two situations:

  • Your email notification our system sends may have ended in your SPAM folder or your mailhost bounces email originating from
    Solution: Make sure you check your spam folder and contact our support team for help.
  • Your payment was made trough echeck.
    According to paypal it takes up to 5 working days to complete an echeck payment and actually transfer the funds to our account:
    "This eCheck payment will post to your PayPal balance once the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes 3-5 business days. (Estimated completion date: ) Please do not ship any items until the funds have cleared."
    Our system will automatically send you your membership information and assign a default IP as soon as the funds are transferred to our account.
    On instant payment proxies are delivered within minutes.
    Solution: Ask for a refund and setup another subscription with instant payment OR if you are an existing customer please contact our support team for assistance.
