Resolved: System error Feb 15, 2018
On Feb 15 12:30 GMT our system had a critical database failure that lead to proxies being reassigned or taken offline.
We are currently in the process of investigating the issue and we will do our best to get the service back online within an hour.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Update Feb 15:20 GMT: At this time 95% of the proxies are back online, 5% are either offline or have been replaced. Please make sure you open a support ticket if your proxy assignment is not correct. Thank you!
